All appointments must be scheduled in advance, either online, via phone at 0419 252 893, or in-person at our location: 49 Gidgee Street, Cabramatta 2166.
A confirmation deposit may be required for certain treatments. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable with 24-hour notice.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff availability or equipment failure).
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the booking deposit.
Multiple late cancellations or no-shows may lead to refusal of future bookings.
All services are non-refundable once performed.
If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address your concern.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but may offer store credit at our discretion.
Product returns are only accepted if the item is unused, unopened, and returned within 7 days with a receipt.
Clients must disclose any skin conditions, allergies, infections, or medical issues before treatment.
We reserve the right to decline treatment if it may compromise your health or safety.
Pregnant clients or those under medical treatment must consult their doctor before undergoing Semi PMU or laser hair removal.
Hygiene and sanitation are strictly maintained according to NSW Health guidelines.
Semi Permanent Makeup (including Nano Brows) results vary based on individual skin type, aftercare, and lifestyle.
A touch-up session is highly recommended 4–6 weeks after the first treatment for optimal results.
Clients must follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions. Tcare is not liable for suboptimal results due to failure to follow these instructions.

Clients must follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment guidelines to ensure safety and effectiveness.
Sun exposure, waxing, and certain medications must be avoided prior to sessions.
Our massage and facial treatments are therapeutic and non-medical. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
